Business Development Executive
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities for the company.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.

Sourcing Executive
  • Ensure that job status and associated status reports are updated weekly.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, emerging trends, and potential suppliers. Use data-driven insights to inform sourcing decisions and improve procurement practices.
  • Assist customers with material and process selection for purchases, locating and selecting suppliers for purchases per category strategies, negotiate prices, develop and administer contracts for strategic suppliers, develop strategic suppliers, develop and improve large spend category strategies and major business processes such as business continuity and supplier selection to deliver annual improvements in total cost, quality and service, and support sites as needed.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, operations, legal, and logistics) to ensure that sourcing decisions support broader organizational objectives and operational needs.
  • Act as the lead for Advanced sourcing activities for the assigned commodity space engaging cross functional team members.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements across the sourcing and procurement function. Implement best practices in supplier management, purchasing, and logistics.
  • Work with the business unit leaders to define their business requirements, develop the strategic sourcing strategy, negotiate deals, take ownership through the contracting process, define the SLA’s and determine requirements for ongoing supplier management.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or related field.
  • Apply specific IT category knowledge to sourcing strategies to oversee the development and sourcing of IT products and services such as hardware, software, and services.
  • Lead cross-functional sourcing teams to obtain a result that provides the optimal balance of internal and external customer service support, highest product and/or service quality and value, with speed to market consideration.
  • Develop, manage and execute RFPs.
  • Build a best-in-class supply base.
  • Be responsible for the annual procurement volume of Sales and Marketing goods and services.
Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • Designing specifications for the use of raw materials, inventory usage and production.
  • Track all materials, equipment, and labor, and report daily production figures
    Monitoring, implementing, and inspecting plant facilities and practices.
  • Ordering maintenance, repairs, and optimisations of machines and workflows.
  • Monitor the productivity of staff, materials, and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • To ensure that the production operations are smooth.
  • To take full responsibility of the machine to meet the quality and quantity of the products.
  • Resolve all the problems arising in the shortest time and ensure the safety and efficiency.
  • Know the process of processing, manufacturing, principle of each machinery operating and equipment. In case of incidents, the root causes should be thoroughly investigated, and analysis and improvement should be made so that the machinery and equipment achieve maximum productivity.
  • Create Work Instruction and provide training to operators.

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering.
  • Proven experience in the engineering field.

Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices and terms.
  • Managing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project-related costs and financial transactions.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement, risk management and cost-saving measures.  
  • Understanding the client requirements and quantities take off as per marking and RCP drawings.
  • Preparing BOQ (bill of quantities) by studying specification sheets from the sales team.
  • Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract and taking it for a logical closure.
  • Monitor and control costs throughout the project, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Participation in the pre-tendering activities with client, architect and project managers and raising relevant pre-bid queries from the given tender.
  • Preparing the initial quote and contract for the sales team from the company’s side.
  • Coordination with the design team for analysing architectural and service drawings.
  • Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations.
  • Preparing interim and final valuations, variations and claims of the construction site.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering exercises.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise project outcomes and achieve value for money.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting.
  • Sound knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques.
  • Understanding general contracting, design-build, package contracting, value-based project and loading margins and lumpsum in commercial fit-out, residential, hotel or retail projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extraordinary negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.
